Flood Fest
July 15, 2011Fried Eye says- Pramathesh Borkotoky beautifully captures the true essence of a rainy day in a common man’s life in a small quaint town of Assam through these photographs and aptly captions them with his usual dry wit as Flood Fest. Flood or festival, life goes on for the common man as any other day, as a test for survival-taking in everything that life has to offer.
