Guwahati, April 29 – With an aim to highlight the positive aspects of life, specially, the issues related to the uplift of youth, Jeevan magazine was re-launched today after an interval of around two years. Jeevan magazine was released by writer Dr Mamoni Raisom Goswami on Thursday, 29th April’10 at Guwahati. The magazine is launched by Jeevan Initiative, a non-profit organization supported by eminent personalities from organizations like NEDFi, Indian Institute of Entrepreneurship (IIE), Rastriya Grameen Vikash Nidhi, IIT-Guwahati and Gauhati University among others. Jeevan Initiative is an attempt to celebrate the positive aspects of like, inform our youths about the developments taking place all over the world and bring awareness among them about our strength and available opportunities.
Noted film director Jahnu Baruah was also present and spoke at the occasion. Edited by Suresh Ranjan Goduka, the magazine aims to highlight the positive aspects of life, specially, the issues related to the uplifting of youth. – FENS
