Delightfully sinful chocolate cake

Ingredients
For the batter:
1 cup flour
Half cup powdered sugar
¼ cup cocoa powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 egg
Half cup vegetable oil
100 gm butter
2 cups milk
1 cup Warm water
2 tsp Vanilla essence
1tsp lemon juice
For the glaze:
2 tsp icing sugar
250 gms milk chocolate
100 gm butter
Process
- Mix flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and sugar well in a bowl.
- Add a beaten egg into it and mix it well.
- Once done, add vegetable oil to it and keep stirring.
- Add warm milk to the mixture and keep stirring for a thick batter.
- Add some water in case the batter is too thick
- Add some lemon juice and vanilla essence in the end and mix everything well for a not to thick not so thin batter and set the batter aside.
- Pre heat the oven in 180 degree Celsius.
- Grease the utensil with butter on all sides and pour the batter to it.
- Bake the cake on convection mode for 40-45 minutes.
For the glaze:
- Boil some water on a pan and melt butter and chocolate by putting it in a bowl inside the water in the pan.
- Once melted, add icing sugar and butter to it and make a thick glaze.
Final step:
Once the cake is done, apply the glaze on top and serve hot!
